[Debian-med-packaging] Please help with libssw upgrade

Hi,

ssw authors have tagged release 1.2.4 and I pushed the changes to Salsa.
It includes the need for a SONAME bump since some symbols have changed.
I intended to upload to experimental but there is an autopkgtest
failure[1].  I wonder whether you can have a look.
