It seems to specify all release architectures already so probably yes, that exhaustive
list is un-needed.

Wrong. Architecture:all is for architecture independent packages. genometools is arch
dependent. It should be "any" instead of all.
Also, it should be done for all binary packages that src:genometools vendors, not just
for the bin:genometools package.
I have removed the patch tag.
