Hi,

This bug is the ftbfs counterpart of #1021675, which is about
ariba test failure following htslib upgrade.  There is a
workaround available, but it is unclear yet whether the change
in results are a problem from a usability point of view, or just
cosmetic.  Pending advice upstream.
