[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1013156: gdcm: vtk[6,7] removal

Hi,
in the bug log there is some discussion to drop C# and Java VTK
bindings. This would mean to drop the packages libvtkgdcm-cil and
libvtkgdcm-java. I'm perfectly fine with this and I just pushed
a change in d/control where I replaced s/vtk7/vtk9/ globally. The
build[1] is currently failing at a probably simple Java issue:
/usr/lib/jvm/default-java/include/jni.h:45:10: fatal error: jni_md.h: No such file or directory
45 | #include "jni_md.h"
| ^~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
I have no idea whether we might keep on supporting the Java bindings if
this can be solved. But I'm pretty sure we should act on droping
what needs to be droped in a timely manner to make sure gdcm will
remain in testing.
Any help is welcome.
Kind regards
Andreas.
