Please see the hint of Mathieu.  To be clear about this: We'll keep the
general Java support libgdcm-java but it seems we need to remove
libvtkgdcm-java which is way less frequently used.  (For sure if you see
any chance to fix this feel free to re-add what was removed in Git - but
I guess this is some issue that needs to be fixed upstream.)
