[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#970497: igraph: FTBFS on mips64el

While this bug is actually closed the problem occures now with the new
version of igraph (0.10.8) and was reported upstream.  It was reported
upstream and the bug can be closed once that issue has been clarified.
