If the control file adds support for the loong64 arch, the bowtie software package can be successfully compiled.
No architecture support has been added, and the error message when compiling is as follows:
“dpkg-genbuildinfo: error: binary build with no binary artifacts found; .buildinfo is meaningless
dpkg-buildpackage: error: dpkg-genbuildinfo -O../bowtie_1.3.1-1_loong64.buildinfo subprocess returned exit status 255”
