[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1059716: libdivsufsort: packaging help likely needed

I had a chat with Fabian Klötzl[1], and it appears they might
not be in position to work on the packaging front anymore
(although on upstream side, their support will still be
provided).  Additional uploaders would probably be needed so the
package does not risk becoming team orphaned.
