[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1031853: sra-sdk: Unsatisfied dependency in libngs-java on any platform other than arm64 and amd64

Dear Maintainer,

The latest version of the package limits native architectures to amd64
and arm64, but leaves Java part Architecture: all, causing failures
such as [1].
Would it be possible to limit Architecture of libngs-java to amd64 and
arm64 to be inline with native parts?
