Dear ftp-master,

Since the last upload of bowtie2, the maintainers stopped building
bowtie2 for s390x. Tracker.d.o doesn't report a removal bug, hence I
file one now on behalf of the maintainers of bowtie2 (in
X-Debbugs-Cc).

Please remove bowtie2/s390x from unstable.
