[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1013153: camitk: vtk[6,7] removal

Dear Andreas,

Just to let you know that I managed to compile CamiTK with VTK9 but I 
had to replace the base class that allows for the interaction between 
VTK and Qt.
This is also related to bug ##979306 [1].

I can patch CamiTK to build with VTK9, but there are some major problem 
with the user interaction in the 3D windows that I have to tackle first. 
As user interaction is not tested automatically, this bug probably will 
not be detected during the test/autotest.

I did not test the package build yet.
I could add a patch and test the packaging, but if it works users will 
have major issue with the interaction.
Would that be preferable than to wait for me to fix the interaction problem?
