[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1039562: package install error is "fine"

Installation shows an "error" because it tries to connect to database with
configuration defaults (will fail at first install if default user/password
does not exists in database, and this is fine).

In case of "failure" using found configuration
(/usr/share/gmod/chado/conf/gmod-chado.conf)  , it explains the expected
setup steps to user and exists with code 0.

So "error" is not a real error , but just an install setup test to check if
user need to configure database access, and exit as expected with error
code 0 (and package is installed as expected).
