I've deactivated build time test results with '|| true' and uploaded.
The package will not migrate to testing anyway since its autopkgtests
are failing.   

@Emmanuel:  Do you think you will manage to adapt camitk to vtk9 in
the foreseable future or is it rather time to remove this package from
Debian?
