This error stems from an older pylint.
In your build log, I see that an older version of pylint is being used:

| Selecting previously unselected package pylint.
| Preparing to unpack .../111-pylint_2.15.10-1_all.deb ...
| Unpacking pylint (2.15.10-1) ...

This has been fixed with pylint 2.16.2-2, which is currently in unstable but it'd migrate to testing
by tomorrow or the day after. Could you please consider to re-build and close the bug once it does?
