Package: ugene
Version: 40.1+dfsg-1
Severity: serious
Tags: patch
Justification: ftbfs

Usertags: origin-ubuntu lunar ubuntu-patch
Dear maintainers,
The ugene package has unsatisfiable build-dependencies in testing and
unstable, because it build-depends on libprocps-dev which has been removed.
This build-dependency didn't block the removal of libprocps8, because
despite the build-dependency, ugene has no runtime dependency on libprocps.
I haven't verified that the package builds with this change, because it
appears that the package ftbfs with or without this change in Ubuntu. But I
can say that the string '-lprocps' doesn't appear anywhere in the last
successful build log.
Thanks for considering,
