Thank you for your report, I confirm the behavior on my end.

Incidently, I noticed that nodoc builds are also failing with:

	# dh_installdocs seems to refuse copying zero length files (for instance Tests/Blast/tab_2226_tblastn_002.txt) but these are needed for the tests as well
	cp -a debian/tmp_tests/* /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/debian/python-biopython-doc/usr/share/doc/python-biopython-doc/
	cp: cannot stat 'debian/tmp_tests/*': No such file or directory

This is probably just one $(filter nodoc, …) away from being
solved hopefully.


Thinking out loud, I'm not sure about the severity of the bug.
FTBFS bugs are normally Release Critical, but support for the
build options is just recommended, so perhaps the present
situation is fair enough.  I raised the severity to "important"
in doubt, but feel free to adjust accordingly.
