[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1052347: src:canu: fails to migrate to testing for too long: unresolved RC issue

Hi,

this bug was forwarded upstream[1] and in the bug log you can read that
usually the test suite works on arm64 nicely.  The following question
was raised:

  ... is it possible that the CI is restricting memory so when it tries
  to allocate some it fails?
