[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1057132: kma: add support for loongarch64 in d/control

Dear maintainers,

We need to add support for loongarch64 in d/control.
Please refer to the following changes in d/control,
```
Package: kma
Architecture: any-amd64 arm64 loong64 mips64el ppc64el s390x alpha ia64 
ppc64 riscv64 sparc64
```

Applying the above modifications, the kma source package was compiled 
successfully on my local loong64 rootfs environment.
Would it be possible to include the support for LoongArch in the next 
upload?
