[Debian-med-packaging] biosig 2.5.2 - uploaded but required strange workround patch

Hi Alois,

I just want to confirm that I uploaded biosig 2.5.2.  I had this way
earlier on my desk but procrastinated it quite some time since the clean
target failed right from the beginning.  I've never seen any output
of autoconf tools where config.status was called in Makefile.  In any
case I had to use this patch

  https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/biosig/-/blob/master/debian/patches/fix_clean_target.patch

to get the package building.  For Debian its probably best to ship the
Makefile.am file and drop the Makefile at all to get straightforward
builds.
