Dear Andreas and Israel,

Thanks for your work on this.

Release 1.15 of the DICOMweb plugin for Orthanc was not intended to be
readily packaged in Debian. Nonetheless, I have submitted the
necessary fixes and finalized the 1.15+dfsg-1 release:
