A new upstream release of package resfinder is available at
https://pypi.org/project/resfinder/4.6.0/ . Please package the
new version.

This new version has changed its build-dependency from the obsolete
python3-pdm-pep517 to python3-pdm-backend. Please update your build-dependency
accordingly.
