[Debian-med-packaging] New Sight version

Dear Andreas,

Congratulations Andreas for your new position. :)

I updated "Sight" package to 24.1.0, updated all patches and fixed two 
bugs by the way. It looks good to me for an upload.

With your new duty, I am not sure you still have time for sponsorship. 
If not can anyone else please verify and upload if it is good enough?
