Hi ftpmaster,
dcm2niix is affected by segmentation faults on s390x[1] as
revealed by autopkgtest regressions for that architecture. As
with most Debian Med packages, we are not expecting much of our
users to be running expensive s390x hardware. Besides,
discussions with upstream suggest they may not be too keen on
big endian support anymore[2].

I am adjusting dcm2niix build dependencies to append the meta
package architecture-is-little-endian, so the package does not
come back to s390x by accident.
Have a nice day, :)
