Aloha,

As documented in removal bug #1079456 affecting libmaus2,
keeping it in arm64 distribution is currently a problem, but I
understand it is first necessary to remove it's reverse
dependency biobambam2 from arm64 in unstable.  I have checked
that this is a leaf package (although it enhances or is
recommended by a few things).
