Hi Reinhard,

I see my overnight biopython build failed with:

	test_align ... ok
	test_align_substitution_matrices ... ok
	test_bgzf ... ok
	test_cellosaurus ... ok
	E: Build killed with signal TERM after 150 minutes of inactivity

Incidently the next test is test_codonalign.py, which in turn
also had this hunk:

        try:
            import scipy
        except ImportError:
            # Silently skip the rest of the test
            return

I haven't found other occurrences so hopefully skipping the same
way should allow the build to go through. I trigger a run and
will get back to it tomorrow (this really takes forever to run).

Have a nice day,  :)
