[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1081376: libbio-das-lite-perl: homepage is shop not relevant

At t time, the website still has some[1] stubs[2] of
documentation, notably pointed to from libbio-das-lite-perl
source code.  There is a small chance that it might be legit,
although I'm not very convinced neither.  Investigating further
on the upstream's side shown no obvious links to the group
supposed to run the website But I agree the currently advertised
homepage, legitimate or not, has little to no relevance with the
package.

Pointing to CPAN would have the merit to homogeneize the
homepage with the rest of the Perl module packages fleet.
I consider pushing a change in that direction.
