[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1077441: cmtk does not build with gcc-14 - can you have a look

Hi Yaroslav and Michael,

I've upgraded cmtk to latest upstream in Git but it fails to build
as you can see in Salsa CI[1].  I had a look into it but I was running
in *lots* of issues with gcc-14.  Can you have a look?
