Hi,

I've sponsored pbseqlib (5.3.5+dfsg-9) on behalf of Nilesh which should
fix the problem itself.  I'll sponsor blasr with versioned Build-Depends
set later once pbseqlib has hit unstable and is available for Salsa CI.
