Hi,

as per bug #1061344 the time_t transition would be quite hard for the
emboss package.  It was discussed in a thread in Debian Med[1] whether
we want to keep emboss for 32 bit architectures.  Users agreed that
this is not necessary.  Thus I've uploaded emboss restricted to 64bit
architectures where time_t transition is not needed.  Please remove
the binaries for 32bit architectures from the Debian archive.

I'm aware that emboss-lib has quite some rdepends.  I will file removal
requests for 32 bit architectures successively to clean up the archive.
