This is another instance (well, the second one ;-) ) of not changing the
dh_installdocs --link-doc= argument in debian/rules. dh_installdocs also
generates the dependency.

-dh_installdocs --link-doc=libeegdev0
+dh_installdocs --link-doc=libeegdev0t64
