Thanks for the notice and hint for getting the run time a tad
bit shorter.  I'm in the process of bumping dipy to version
1.8.0, and this is taking forever notably due to the sheer time
needed for running the test suite.  Version 1.8.0 looks to
introduce further tests which substancially increase further the
runtime (I now register more than twenty minutes on my machine,
per python3 version).

I'm a bit wary to begin skipping tests for the first upload of
the new upstream version, but I guess some trimming can be done
in a second time to get the run time down to reasonable levels.
