In the end, the build time of dipy 1.8.0-2 on rv-manda-03 was
still 13h.  On the other hand the autopkgtest on amd64 looks to
have dropped from timeout at 10000s to 3770s run time.  This
should be enough to even avoid dropping whent two python3
versions will be tested in sequence.
