[Debian-med-packaging] missing binaries in stringtie package?

Hi, Would you be willing to look at this question<https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/stringtie/+question/709110> and this source<https://github.com/gpertea/stringtie>. I don't know whether the binaries are missing or placed by the package manager outside the $PATH. -Thanks! Aaron
