Hi! As you already know, I'm working on transitioning to MbedTLS 3.6. You've
already uploaded a version of ncbi-vdb on experimental which already builds
with MbedTLS 3.x, so there's not much I have to say apart from thank you :)

I'm opening this bug just for the purposes of the transition. If you think I
shouldn't have done this, let me know! It's my first time doing something like
this.
