[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1072346: sortmerna: please update autopkgtest

While working on preparing the new upstream version of sortmerna
4.3.7, I noticed the existence of a disabled autopkgtest script.
I introduced back some superficial checks, version information
and usabe message, but having proper coverage of the sortmerna
binary once again would be a plus to ensure the package is in
working conditions.
