I had a look at the failing test results and this is a perfect reason to 
contact the Release Team. You package has a *new* test that can't 
install its test dependencies on the failing architectures. That's 
something that's not automatically detected (and expensive to do so). 
I've added a hint to ignore the problem and in the future that means it 
won't be considered a regression.
