[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1086772: Please drop dependency on python3-astunparse

python3-astunparse is not going to support Python 3.13 and is not needed for
modern code and so we want to remove it from Debian. If you plan to keep
psychopy (as it's in a bad shape itself) please drop a dependency on it.
