Hi ftpmaster,

Please remove prime-phylo from armel, armhf and i386.

As documented in #1078584, prime-phylo fails to build with
mpi-defaults on armhf, but also on armel and i386.
Investigations shown that prime-phylo is specifically written to
target openmpi, through boost support for openmpi but not mpich.
As openmpi is dropping from 32-bit architecture, so will
prime-phylo transitively.

I have verified that this is mostly a leaf package:

	$ apt rdepends prime-phylo
	prime-phylo
	Reverse Depends:
	  Recommends: med-bio
	  Recommends: med-cloud

	$ build-rdeps prime-phylo
	Reverse Build-depends in unstable/main:
	---------------------------------------

	No reverse build-depends found for prime-phylo.

	Reverse Build-depends in unstable/contrib:
	------------------------------------------

	No reverse build-depends found for prime-phylo.

	Reverse Build-depends in unstable/non-free-firmware:
	----------------------------------------------------

	No reverse build-depends found for prime-phylo.

Have a nice day,  :)
