Dear FTP Masters,

As discussed on #1081243, python-pyflow was only packaged
to allow building "manta".

It still containes Python2 code is not maintained
upstream anymore.

In the end the packaging of Manta was never completed
and the project is now archived:
  https://github.com/Illumina/manta
