Hi,
Stefano Rivera, on 2024-09-20:

Thanks Stefano for the precision about the cpu architecture, it
is worth noting that the issue is not reproducible on amd64, but
it does occur on arm64. Since the package is Architecture: all,
the problem flown below the radar cover.
While the issue could sit in pychopper itself, the bottom of the
traceback could also hint to something off in python3-parasail,
or plain parasail potentially:
File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/parasail/bindings_v2.py", line 403, in cigar
return self.get_cigar()
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/parasail/bindings_v2.py", line 390, in get_cigar
raise AttributeError("'Result' object has no traceback")
AttributeError: 'Result' object has no traceback. Did you mean: '_cigar'?
but I have not investigated further yet. Relevant parasail
related components versions from my build log were:
libparasail8 arm64 2.6.2+dfsg-2
libparasail-dev arm64 2.6.2+dfsg-2
python3-parasail all 1.3.3-1
Have a nice day, :)
