[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1078825: src:ncbi-tools6: unsatisfied build dependency in testing: libpcre3-dev

Hi,

I had a quick look some time ago at what would be needed to port
from pcre to pcre2, but this is not something I am particularly
confortable doing.

At least in the Debian Med team, there are a bunch of tools that
(transitively) depend on the ncbi-tools6, so this is causing a
lot of autoremovals.
