Hi,

The unsatisfiable build dependency python3-funcsigs originates
from the python3-nipype package.  From quick inspection of
nipype source code with grep, the fix would only be a matter of
deleting python3-funcsigs from control files, as the module does
not look to be used by nipype anymore already.

Getting that fixed in the archive would require tackling nipype
failure to build from source first; see #1064732.
