Thanks for driving the upgrade to python3.13 in general, and for
the hints to fix Biopython in particular.  The merge request on
Github suggests this is fixed in Biopython 1.84, so I guess it
is a good time to proceed to the upgrade.  Bio module upgrade
tends to throw some havoc to reverse dependencies, so that may
take a bit of time.
