[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1020475: medicalterms: Package the Qt WebEngine binary dictionary files from your Hunspell source

Tobias,

Most of the Hunspell packages now build binary .bdic dictionaries.  I would 
like to see scowl do so as well.  Would you be interested in a patch 
implementing this feature?
