I have investigated the issue and transmitted relevant
information directly upstream. I don't see an easy fix for the
problem at play, because mitigation would require migrating code
base from scipy.special.sph_harm to scipy.special.sph_harm_y,
which issues slightly different results. In the meantime, the
package might have to do with a warning during execution; I'm
planning to skip the 2 failed test items (out of 2490 passed).
