[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1103836: Depends on an EOLed version of libitext

beast-mcmc depends on libitext1-java, which is a very old, long EOLed
version of libitext (and it's the only remaining rdep).

The regular copy in the archive is libitext5-java, could beast-mcmc
be fixed to use that one instead, so that we can remove libitext1-java?
