Subject: cmtk: recommends sri24-atlas which is not in unstable
Package: cmtk
Version: 3.3.1p2+dfsg-3
Severity: minor
User: carles at pina.cat
Usertags: package-relations

Dear maintainer,

I see that the package cmtk (version 3.3.1p2+dfsg-) recommends
sri24-atlas which is not in unstable.

This can be seen in https://packages.debian.org/unstable/cmtk

Should it be dropped or changed?

For what I read in:
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html

The Recommends:

----
This declares a strong, but not absolute, dependency.

The Recommends field should list packages that would be found together with this one in all but unusual installations.
----

So, if sri24-atlas is something external to Debian (perhaps is
documented in the documentation of the cmtk how to install it): perhaps
should be moved to Suggests? I am unsure as I'm not familiar with cmtk
neither sri24-atlas.

Thank you,
