Hi,

I followed Jeremy's hint in Git[1].  As far as I understand we need an
older version of rust-twox-hash.  I'm lacking the experience whether
this can be simply fixed by relaxing the version constraint inside the
sourmash code base or whether we need another package with this specific
rust-twox-hash version.

Any help would be appreciated.
