This import error feels like the issue may resolve by itself
when the neuron package gets the opportunity to rebuild against
python3.13 plus python3.14:

> E   ImportError: Python 3.14 is not supported by this NEURON
> installation (supported: 3.13). Either re-build NEURON with
> support for this version, use a supported version of Python,
> or try using nrniv -python so that NEURON can suggest a
> compatible version for you.

Of course I may have overlooked other implementation details.
