[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1095078: jmodeltest: reduce the permissions on /var/log/jmodeltest

Dear Maintainer,

Could it be possible to not have 1777 on /var/log/jmodeltest
without breaking its usability? (I did not check that yet).
Or does this imply to introduce a specific group and so on.
